Job Description:

An exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join the leading global provider of low CO2 vans and car rental solutions to individuals and the corporate world. This Office Manager position requires a dynamic professional who can handle a wide range of tasks to support the efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be detail-orientated, possess excellent communication skills, have a strong ability to multi-task and be able to touch type/take dictation. The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of the business by providing exceptional support to the leadership team and managing office operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment
  • Manage office supplies, inventory and equipment, ensuring that necessary items are always available
  • Manage planned office refurbishments, liaising with tradespeople and contractors
  • Support the Executive Assistant, assisting with CEO and executive team tasks, including diary / calendar management, meeting scheduling and correspondence, travel and accommodation booking / administration
  • Prepare and organise materials for meetings and travel to ensure Executives are well-prepared
  • Conduct research, compile data and prepare reports as required
  • Handle personal tasks / errands for the CEO
  • Cover for Executive Assistant when on leave – supporting CEO, email administration and dictation
  • Maintain office appearance and orderliness, coordinating with cleaning and maintenance staff as needed
  • Work with the Operations team to implement new franchise partners and/or arrange and host potential partner visits
  • Assist with annual conference and event logistics, ensure smooth execution

Requirements:

  • Office Management and business administration experience
  • Proven track record as a Personal Assistant and/or Office Manager
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and great communication skills at all levels
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Must have your own car and a full UK drivers licence
