Job Description:

Join our team as an Office Manager in Burnsville, MN! You will oversee daily office operations, manage supplies, assist with HR, and ensure peak efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee and manage all daily administrative functions of the office, ensuring an efficient and productive work environment
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, vendors, and clients on general administrative matters
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure everything is stocked and in working order
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications to support staff and leadership teams
  • Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and monitoring compliance with company policies
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to keep the office operating at peak efficiency
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable and oversee budgeting in coordination with senior management
  • Support various departments with project coordination, reports, and data management as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of office management, administrative, or related experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with office management software
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a positive attitude
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management preferred but not required
