Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in office management, administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated leadership capabilities
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with office management systems
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information
