Job Description:

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Office Services Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of office duties including hospitality, reception, and repro mail. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, maintain accurate records, and handle office equipment effectively.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage reception duties such as answering phone calls and interacting with customers
  • Oversee office services including copy, print, scan, and binding repro
  • Handle food setup in conference rooms and kitchen, ensuring cleanliness and order
  • Ensure that dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher at the end of the day and are taken out the next morning
  • Manage postage on mail, coordinating delivery and pickup with FedEx
  • Travel for assistance when required
  • Maintain a detail-oriented demeanor under pressure and exhibit a proactive approach in interactions
  • Ensure customer-oriented service and presentability during interactions
  • Ensure the office environment is kept organized and efficient
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of office activities and customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Customer Service tasks and operations
  • Experience in various Office Functions and Operations
  • Understanding of standard Procedures and Policies
  • Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls efficiently
  • Experience in Supervising team members and workflow
  • Knowledge about Time management principles
  • Familiarity with Hiring Processes and recruitment principles
  • Skilled in Scanning and managing documents
  • Capable of performing Receptionist Duties when required
  • Ability to Troubleshoot common office issues
  • Familiarity with Facility management and maintenance
  • Comfortable with Digital tools and platforms
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work with Partners and stakeholders
  • Experience in Scanning Documents and maintaining digital records
  • Ability to Maintain Logs and records
  • Familiarity with Machinery used in office environments
  • Knowledge about handling Paper documents and files
  • Understanding of Quality Assurance processes
  • Ability to Distribute Faxes efficiently
  • Knowledge of REST API and its applications
  • Proficiency in Go programming language
  • Experience with FedEX operations and protocols
