The selected candidate will be a key member of our team, providing front-of-house reception support and back-office services. This role involves a variety of tasks including litigation printing, reprographics, copy and mail services, and support for services in hospitality facilities, audio/visual, and other service lines as needed.
Job Responsibility:
process and maintain customer credit applications and records
handle and resolve customer inquiries
monitor customer accounts
ensure all office services work is logged
perform office services tasks
communicate with supervisors or clients
prioritize workflow
troubleshoot basic equipment problems
interact with clients
adhere to company policies
use equipment and supplies efficiently
perform quality assurance
Requirements:
strong customer service skills
proficiency in handling various office functions and operations
understanding and adherence to company procedures and policies
experience in answering inbound calls and managing service calls
proven experience in supervising a team
familiarity with 'About Time' software or similar time management tools
familiarity with hiring processes
experience with scanning and printing tasks
ability to perform receptionist duties
ability to troubleshoot office equipment issues
comfortable working in a digital environment
excellent communication skills
experience in scanning documents
knowledge of machinery maintenance and operation
familiarity with paper handling
ability to ensure quality assurance
familiarity with litigation procedures and documents
willingness to work overtime
