Job Description:

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Office Services Associate in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will significantly contribute to our back office operations, focusing on reprographics, copy and mail services, hospitality facilities support, and other service lines as required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Efficiently process office services work and ensure that job tickets are appropriately filled out before initiating work
  • Prioritize workflow and perform office functions primarily in reprographics, mail, and intake according to established procedures
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and place service calls when necessary
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive documents and information
  • Foster detail-oriented relationships by providing excellent customer service, interacting with clients in person, over the phone, or electronically
  • Adhere to procedures to complete jobs in the correct order and meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering all work
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors or clients regarding job or deadline issues
  • Utilize various equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner, including loading machines with paper and toner supplies
  • Ensure quality assurance on own work and work of others
  • Maintain logs for all office services work
  • Possess the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis

  • Experience in Answering Inbound Calls professionally
  • Proven ability in Supervising team members
  • Proficiency in using 'About Time' software or similar time tracking tools
  • Knowledge of Hiring Processes within an office environment
  • Experience in Scanning documents and maintaining digital records
  • Ability to perform Receptionist Duties when required
  • Ability to Troubleshoot common office issues
  • Experience in managing office Facilities
  • Comfortable with Digital tools and platforms
  • Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in Scanning Documents and maintaining digital records
  • Ability to Maintain Logs of office activities
  • Familiarity with office Machinery and equipment
  • Knowledge of Paper handling and quality assurance procedures
  • Experience in Quality Assurance within an office environment
  • Able to Distribute Faxes efficiently and accurately
  • Willingness to work Overtime when required
  • Experience in handling Service Calls professionally
  • Ability to handle Confidential Documents with discretion
