We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Office Services Associate to join our team in Austin, Texas. As an Office Services Associate, you will be responsible for a wide array of office and client support tasks, focusing on providing top-tier customer service and maintaining efficient office operations.
Job Responsibility:
Handle customer inquiries with a detail-oriented approach, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Provide support for services in hospitality facilities, audio/visual, and reception
Utilize your skills in digital reprographics, mail, and other office equipment to perform office functions efficiently
Prioritize workflow to meet deadlines and complete projects in a timely manner
Maintain accurate logs for all office services work
Adhere to established procedures and policies, making independent decisions that align with business needs
Troubleshoot basic equipment problems, placing service calls when needed
Interact effectively with diverse backgrounds, both within the team and with clients
Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information with care
Ensure quality assurance on your own work and that of others
Requirements:
Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service
Solid understanding and experience in Office Functions and Operations
Familiarity with Procedures and Policy implementation within an office setting
Experience in Answering Inbound Calls in a detail oriented and courteous manner
Proven Supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Familiarity with About Time software for time and project management
Experience in Hiring Processes, including interviewing and onboarding
Proficiency in Scanning and Receptionist Duties, ensuring seamless office operations
Ability to Troubleshoot common office issues and provide quick solutions
Knowledge of Facility management, including maintenance and safety protocols
Digital literacy, with the ability to use office software and tools effectively
Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal
Experience in Scanning Documents and maintaining organized digital files
Ability to Maintain Logs, ensuring accurate record-keeping
Familiarity with office Machinery, including printers, scanners, and fax machines
Understanding of paper types and quality for different office needs
Experience in Quality Assurance, ensuring all tasks meet established standards
Ability to Distribute Faxes efficiently and accurately
Willingness to work Overtime as needed to meet business needs
Experience in handling Service Calls, ensuring customer satisfaction
Ability to handle Confidential Documents with discretion and detail oriented approach
