Job Description:

The company is seeking dedicated Operation Specialists to support its groundbreaking initiatives and ensure the successful deployment of AI-driven robotics in the field. As an Operation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to play a vital role in training robots to operate effectively, maintaining quality standards, and acting as a bridge between the operations and engineering teams.

Job Responsibility:

Assist with hands-on robot training to ensure full functionality and readiness for field deployment
Perform robust quality control assessments and fill out detailed quality reports to maintain service excellence and adherence to company standards
Collaborate and communicate regularly with the engineering teams, providing feedback and input to support enhancements in robotics performance and AI integration
Uphold compliance with safety protocols when working with robotic technologies
Maintain meticulous documentation, tracking progress and outcomes of robot training sessions

Requirements:

Strong interest or experience in robotics, AI, or advanced technology within a cutting-edge environment
Detail-oriented with the ability to produce high-quality reports and documentation
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technical teams and other stakeholders
Collaborative mindset with a drive to contribute to the success of the team’s goals
Prior experience in operations, technical support, or related roles is a plus
