Job Description:

Services, Markets and Banking Operations is the engine house of Citi, providing seamless process execution and leveraging automated solutions. This two-year rotational program enables participants to gain hands-on experience in operations optimization, data analytics, and digitalization. It focuses on developing skills like leadership, collaboration, and client-centricity while providing exposure to the financial services industry.

Requirements:

Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making
Be about to graduate of a university career or graduated 2 years ago (between June 2023-June 2025)
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics or other related degrees
Intermediate-Advanced Spanish and English level (B2+, C1)
Able to work on a hybrid model in Mexico City
Sponsorship for work authorization not required in your location at any time
