Job Description:

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals to join our diverse team of Operations Agents in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth Service Delivery operations by communicating booking updates, managing reservations, and overseeing excursion operations.

Job Responsibility:

Communicate booking updates with excursion suppliers and destination teams
ensure smooth Service Delivery operation
manage reservations in detail
monitor terms and conditions of excursions
oversee operation during excursion day
manage and load bookings into the system
guarantee timely collection of information for invoicing
manage amendments and communicate them to Service delivery team and suppliers
load pick up times into the system
pre-order attractions entrance tickets
handle cash reconciliation

Requirements:

Good administration skills
strong planning, organisation and confident with technology
high level of attention to detail
ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities
genuinely helpful, flexible and professional personality
culturally intelligent
excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
collaborative team player
