Job Description:

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals to join our diverse team of Operations Agents in Makarska or Poreč. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth Service Delivery operations by communicating booking updates, managing reservations, and overseeing excursion operations.

Job Responsibility:

Communicate booking updates with excursion suppliers and destination teams
ensure smooth Service Delivery operation
manage reservations in detail
monitor terms and conditions of excursions
oversee operations during excursion day
support, gather, and feedback information on incidents or accidents
manage and load bookings into the system
manage supplier relations and expectations
collect information for invoicing
manage amendments
communicate with Service Delivery team and suppliers
load pick-up times into the system
pre-order attraction entrance tickets
handle cash reconciliation

Requirements:

Good administration skills
strong planning and organisation
confident with technology
high level of attention to detail
ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities
genuinely helpful, flexible, and professional personality
culturally intelligent
excellent communication skills in English and Croatian
full manual driver’s license
