We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals to join our diverse team of Operations Agents in Malta. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth Service Delivery operations by communicating booking updates with excursion suppliers and destination teams, organizing groups, coordinating suppliers, and managing customer interactions before, during, and after trips.
Job Responsibility:
Communicate booking updates with excursion suppliers and destination teams
Organize groups and their confirmed programs
Check hotel reservations
Coordinate necessary suppliers for groups (guides, transportation, restaurants, entrances)
Contact customers before, during, and after the trip to manage changes, cancellations, new requests, prepayments, solve problems, and handle complaints
Provide support for cruise preparation activities at the port
Prepare vouchers and documentation needed for the tour
Brief tour leaders/guides prior to starting the tour
Track bookings received through online channels/platforms
Create bookings in the system including all required services and their corresponding costs
Manage administrative tasks, prepayments, and resolve cost discrepancies
Requirements:
Right to work in Malta
Speak English and Maltese
Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
Ability to work as part of a team
People skills
Self-confidence to communicate with team, other departments, suppliers, and customers
Genuinely helpful, flexible regarding working hours, and professional personality
Ability to remain calm under pressure and offer empathy
Willingness to learn the requirements of the position, the technology needed, and about products and services
Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese
Other European languages advantageous
