Join Our Clients Team as an Operations Analyst! Are you ready to make a difference in the utilities industry? We're looking for a talented Operations Analyst to join our clients vibrant team in Watford! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves solving problems.

Job Responsibility:

Spreadsheet maintenance for tracking, chasing and recording status for multiple data items
High level reporting from data
Ability to handle high volumes of queries from initial to in progress to resolution
Assessing and resolving customer queries

Requirements:

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Excellent communicator and team player
Proficient in data analysis tools and software
Passionate about the utilities sector and operational excellence
