Job Description:

Join our global TUI Intercruises Operations & Delivery Team in France as an Operations and Port Delivery Agent. You will be responsible for delivering smooth Port Operations (Turnaround & Shorex), delivery of port services and all related logistics. You will also be responsible for communicating booking updates with our suppliers including pre-agreed Cruise Ship port calls as required.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure shore excursions and turnaround services are planned and managed
Maintain continuous communication with cruise line head offices, ships, and other stakeholders
Oversee the dispatch and operation of cruise services
Monitor operational changes on the spot
Deliver and collect all information of the operation for reporting and invoicing
Track and complete accounting for each tour settlement, guides payments, and supplier invoices

Requirements:

Right to work in France
Speak French and English
Experience in Cruise Port and/or Tour Operations business
Flexible working in shift patterns (Monday-Sunday)
Experience working with diverse teams
Confident with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
Problem-solving skills
Full manual driver’s license
