Job Description:

Join our global TUI Intercruises Operations & Delivery Team in France as an Operations and Port Delivery Agent. You will be responsible for delivering smooth Port Operations (Turnaround & Shorex), delivery of port services and all related logistics. You will also be responsible for communicating booking updates with our suppliers including pre-agreed Cruise Ship port calls as required.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver smooth Port Operations (Turnaround & Shorex)
Deliver port services and related logistics
Communicate booking updates with suppliers
Assist cruise lines and clients in daily operations
Plan and manage shore excursions and turnaround services
Maintain communication with cruise line head offices, ships, and stakeholders
Oversee dispatch and operation of cruise services
Monitor operational changes
Deliver and collect operational information for reporting and invoicing
Track and complete accounting for tour settlements, guide payments, and supplier invoices

Requirements:

Right to work in France
Speak French and English
Experience in Cruise Port and/or Tour Operations business
Flexible working in shift patterns (Monday-Sunday)
Experience working with diverse teams
Confident with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
Problem-solving skills
Agility to adapt to strategic priorities/projects
Full manual driver’s license
