Job Description:

Join this growing reverse mortgage lender helping individuals over 55 unlock the equity in their homes. The role involves operational processes, compliance tasks, and sales support in a dynamic, team-oriented company.

Job Responsibility:

Develop smooth operational processes that support the business
Run the day to day ‘middle office’ functions
Ensure applications are complete and meet agreed criteria
Checking accompanying documents such as customer identification, bank statements and title documents
Assisting with various compliance and regulatory processes, such as KYC/AML, reporting, credit license
Providing sales support, including sales funnel management, tracking and follow-up, where appropriate

Requirements:

Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
Interested in working in financial services
Growth mindset with ability to build deep understanding of our products, systems and processes while demonstrating high emotional intelligence and care for our customers
Solutions-focused, engaging and consultative team player with collaborative and supportive spirit
Interest and aptitude to put your hand up for other tasks that arise
