Job Description:

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join our team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The role involves a range of tasks including processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and handling customer inquiries. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Efficiently handle customer credit applications and maintain accurate records
  • Respond to customer and carrier requests through task boards and assigned email accounts
  • Update financials and execute non-standardized activities related to carrier payments
  • Schedule appointments and track shipments, ensuring quality and efficiency at all times
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
  • Validate load data in systems according to standards
  • Execute tasks such as creating orders, activating shipments, building and assigning loads
  • Manage events utilizing knowledge gained through Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and experience
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following through on requests and escalating when necessary
  • Demonstrate strong time management and prioritization skills in all tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Customer Service and Call Center Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with Office Functions and Operations
  • Knowledge of company Procedures and ability to Schedule Appointments
  • Experience with Invoice creation and Payment Processing
  • Ability to ensure Quality in all tasks and understand Logistics
  • Proficiency in Shipping Functions
  • Excellent Time Management skills and the ability to Execute tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Understanding and adherence to Company Policy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively (Prioritization)
  • Experience working in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with Standard Operation Procedure
  • Experience in Transportation Services is a plus
  • Creativity and Innovation in problem-solving
  • Ability to develop and implement Validation Plans
  • Proven ability to contribute to Business Growth
  • Understanding of Discrimination Laws and commitment to equal opportunities
