Job Description:

We are currently looking for an Operations Director for one of the leading MNC players in the direct-selling (MLM) space to build up their operations in Malaysia. This position requires urgent attention. Reporting to Managing Director (MY), this role involves strategic leadership, operational efficiency, customer focus, and fostering growth and innovation in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

Drive operational excellence across head office and branch networks, optimizing customer and dealer experience
Spearhead customer service and dealer management strategies, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty through performance improvements
Lead end-to-end operations including order fulfillment, inventory, and logistics
Identify and implement operational improvements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position, preferably within the Direct-Selling (MLM) industry
Proven track record in driving operational and customer service excellence
Experience dealing with CRM systems and performance analytics
Strong communicator able to foster collaboration across different teams and functions
