Job Description:

As the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organisation. You will liaise with various teams and senior management, developing processes and procedures that uphold our high standards. Your leadership will drive consistency, efficiency, and quality across all operations.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with senior management to set and enforce KPIs
Manage workflow and resource allocation effectively
Ensure consistent use of our operations software, and maintain strong team communication
Foster a positive environment through effective team leadership and performance management
Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and responsiveness to their needs
