Job Description:

Cogoport is currently looking for an individual who has the mindset of an entrepreneur, understanding of the culture, with a passion to join our team. Candidate is required to collaborate with cross functional teams including supply, pricing, operations, and contracts and assist in day-to-day planning, quotation and execution.

Job Responsibility:

ensure quality shipment execution and monitoring, meeting internal KPIs and SLAs
managing shipment documentation as per individual customers' SOPs for Ocean Imports to India and managing the team handling the documentation and operations
coordinating with service providers for documentation
ensure data accuracy for uploaded documents
follow policies, procedures, standards, and ensure compliance with transport and maritime regulations
review work instructions periodically and update as required
communicate with stakeholders across functions to clarify doubts
suggest and recommend changes needed in the product and process to optimize the shipment execution process

Requirements:

MBA from Tier - 1/ Tier - 2 institutes
4+ years of experience in project management or an MBA with specialization in operations along with 2+ years of related experience
strong problem-solving capabilities
ability to lead young and dynamic teams and own projects end-to-end
strong analytical and project management skills
outstanding interpersonal skills
ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

background of working in B2B processes with strong commercial acumen
