Job Description:

Four Seasons Food in Nieuwkuijk is looking for an enthusiastic Operator to strengthen the team and keep the production process running smoothly. The company specializes in soups, sauces, and meals, focusing on innovation, quality, and sustainability.

Job Responsibility:

Ensuring quality
adjusting the production line, ensuring necessary materials, and cleaning machines
resolving daily issues or escalating them to the supervisor
instructing and guiding team members
maintaining a clean and safe workplace

Requirements:

Experience in the food industry
detail-oriented
results-driven
flexibility
availability for three shifts
good understanding of English
own transportation (bike, car, or scooter)
ability to follow instructions and documentation
