Job Description:

A client of ours is looking to hire an order processing specialist to help enter their customer orders into the data base. In this role you will be responsible for communicating with internal and external parties to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner for the customer!

Job Responsibility:

New order entry
Communicating with customer to make corrections to PO
Assisting freight coordinator with booking freight and package shipments
Contacting freight carriers who are late picking up confirmed shipments
Communicating effectively with sales rep, customer service team, warehouse team, & freight coordinator
Providing customers with shipment status and tracking details
Communicating back order/stock status to various stakeholders
Communicating with accounting to adjust inventory if errors are identified
Fielding customer questions and complaints
Assembling and providing marketing materials to customer
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

Precision, attention to detail, and excellent communication
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks
Customer service mindset
Microsoft Office suite
Oracle NetSuite preferred
Willingness to participate in on-the-job training
Experience using a CRM platform is also preferred

Nice to have:

Oracle NetSuite
Experience using a CRM platform
