Job Description:

An Order Processer role with a 12-month contract based in Sittingbourne, working onsite in a modern, open-plan office. The job involves processing orders for specialist medical food and equipment, maintaining patient records, and collaborating with GP surgeries.

Job Responsibility:

Reviewing and processing patient orders
Requesting prescriptions from GP surgeries via telephone and email
Ensuring patient records are maintained accurately and kept up to date
Manage daily workload as delegated by Team Leader
Dealing with ad hoc administration/operation requests & tasks

Requirements:

Professional and ability to work as part of a team
Experience in data entry
Competent IT skills and ability to learn new systems
Professional and confident telephone manner
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Accuracy in processing at speed
