Job Description:

The Outreach Associate (OA) is an entry-level sales role focused on adding new patients to Oak Street Health centers. Responsibilities include local outreach, lead generation, and scheduling prospective patients while driving towards performance-based goals in a healthcare setting.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in outreach/marketing activities and events in the local community
canvassing in neighborhoods
coordinate lead generation process
follow up on warm leads
sign up eligible prospects
follow up on missed appointments.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience working in a sales or community outreach position
driven by a performance-based compensation model
availability to work some weekends
computer proficiency
access to a vehicle
familiarity with Customer Relations Management (CRM) systems is preferred
fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken in the communities served
US work authorization.
