Job Description:

The Outreach Associate role focuses on engaging with Medicare-eligible seniors, scheduling first appointments, and driving patient growth in assigned territories. Responsibilities include lead generation, relationship building, collaboration with internal teams, and supporting community events. Job Responsibility:

  • Generate high-quality leads by engaging Medicare-eligible seniors
  • schedule first appointments with interested and eligible prospects
  • maintain knowledge of internal sales systems
  • collaborate with community relationship managers, outreach executives, and outreach managers to drive lead generation
  • develop strong relationships with prospects
  • capture and record customer information into CRM systems
  • act as a point of contact for the central call center
  • resolve concerns and complaints from prospective patients.

Requirements:

  • Ability to quickly connect with and influence the right people
  • comfort with personal sales goals and results tracking
  • team player and contributor to the overall effectiveness of the team
  • inclination to work in a results-oriented role
  • comfortable with navigating external barriers to create a positive experience
  • basic computer skills, including email communication management and documentation
  • experience managing through a CRM system, ideally Salesforce
  • sales and/or healthcare experience a plus
  • access to reliable transportation to travel between events
  • ability to lift 25-45 lbs for event set-up
  • ability to occasionally work outside of standard business hours
  • fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian or other languages spoken by people in the communities where necessary
  • US work authorization.

Nice to have:

  • Experience managing through a CRM system, ideally Salesforce
  • sales and/or healthcare experience
  • fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian or other languages spoken in the communities served.
