Job Description:

As an Over the Road Truck Driver at Baxter, you will deliver life-sustaining products professionally and efficiently, maintain strong customer relationships, and follow safety standards. The role includes flexibility, teamwork, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Job Responsibility:

Complete assigned deliveries and pick-ups to and from our customers and vendors, using hoists and other devices, in a professional and efficient manner
Follow all safety rules for equipment use and driving outlined by Baxter and DOT
Handle hours of service (HOS) using Qualcomm E-log System, MS Word, MS Excel
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers by providing excellent customer service
Follow procedures and align with the standards for Continuous Improvement

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age
hold a Class A CDL license with a DOT physical
physical ability test (PAT), background check, pre-employment drug screen, and road test
Current U.S. Passport (or be eligible to acquire one)
High School Diploma or equivalent required

What we offer:

$10,000 sign-on bonus
$24.00 per hour and 68 cents per mile paid weekly

average salary of $85,000 or more depending on routes
majority of tractors are less than two years old with innovative technology
