We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Paid Media Analyst to manage our paid media budget across Latin America. The ideal candidate will be based in São Paulo, Brazil, with a strong understanding of the Hispanic market and a proven ability to optimize conversion rates and maximize ROI on ad spend.
Job Responsibility:
Paid Media Strategy: Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns to achieve business goals across LATAM
Budget Optimization: Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
Market Expansion: Leverage insights to expand and optimize campaigns in key Hispanic markets such as Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Chile
Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Channel Management: Oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other programmatic platforms
A/B Testing & CRO: Run experiments to improve ad performance, including creative testing, audience segmentation, and landing page optimization
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Data teams to align paid media efforts with broader business objectives
Agency & Vendor Management: Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to enhance campaign performance and scale operations
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new opportunities to keep CleverTap at the forefront of paid media strategies
Requirements:
2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in B2B/SaaS industries
Strong knowledge of both Brazilian and Hispanic markets, including cultural and consumer behavior insights
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms
Proven track record of increasing conversion rates and improving ad performance
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or similar BI platforms
Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
Spanish is a plus
A hands-on approach with a strategic mindset and an eagerness to drive performance improvements
Nice to have:
Experience with SaaS or B2B marketing campaigns
Familiarity with attribution models and lead generation strategies
Basic knowledge of SEO to complement paid media efforts
