Job Description:

Robert Half is partnering with a Fortune 500 in the Greater Seattle Area to identify a Paralegal in the Commercial Real Estate industry who is ready to jump in to assist and possibly join their close-knit team. This position is contract, with potential for extension/conversion into a permanent role.

Job Responsibility:

Draft commercial leases from templates and route them for approval and signatures
Manage and track lease transactions, support with lease renewals
Review, redline, and compare documents, ensuring accurate routing and tracking
Take responsibility for lease amendments, extending leases, and exercising notices to renew or terminate a lease
Consult on lease reviews and answer related questions, and handle subsequent amendments
Utilize Case Management Software, Briefing, Calendar Management, Claim Administration, Communication, Commercial Real Estate, and Corporate Real Estate skills
Support in-house counsel and attorneys as part of the team structure

Requirements:

2+ YOE as a paralegal supporting Commercial Real Estate in-house legal teams
Knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate law, including transactions, leasing, and dispute resolution
Reviewing and drafting legal documents and contracts
Proficiency in using Case Management Software for tracking and managing legal cases
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and effective interaction with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
