Job Description:

The role is for a Paralegal who will be instrumental in supporting our team with various legal tasks and responsibilities.

Job Responsibility:

Provide vital assistance to attorneys across all phases of litigation
Undertake the organization and preparation of discovery requests and responses
Conduct thorough document reviews and manage document production processes
Ensure trial materials, exhibits, and binders are well-organized for hearings or trials
Establish a detail-oriented rapport with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
Engage in interviews of parties, witnesses, and experts
Utilize all available resources to perform legal research tasks
Assist in the development of early case assessments and in maintaining regular status reporting to clients
Implement lead counsel’s strategy on cases

Requirements:

Must possess knowledge of Case Management Software
Demonstrable experience in Civil Rights Litigation
Proficiency in Commercial Litigation
Should have experience with Complex Business Litigation
Expected to have expertise in Complex Commercial Litigation
Prior Civil Litigation Experience
Must be proficient in Civil Litigation
