Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a meticulous and dedicated Paralegal to be a part of our team in Miami, Florida. As a Paralegal, your role will primarily involve managing complex cases, conducting legal research, and ensuring the smooth running of legal procedures. You will be working closely with legal professionals in a dynamic environment, dealing with cases of catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, and bodily injury.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation
Manage and maintain schedules and calendars to ensure timely case progression
Prepare comprehensive demand packages to facilitate case proceedings
Negotiate effectively with adjusters to reach favourable case outcomes
Digitize and organize medical records for easy access and review
Coordinate with Judicial Assistants and Opposing Counsels for case-related matters
Assist in various duties to ensure efficient running of legal procedures
Implement your knowledge in Litigation - Plaintiff and Personal Injury Plaintiffs
Apply your skills in Pre-Litigation to aid case preparation and proceedings

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Paralegal
Proficiency in Litigation - Plaintiff is mandatory
Experience in handling Personal Injury Plaintiffs cases is essential
Demonstrable skills in Pre-Litigation processes are required
Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field is preferred
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent research and analytical skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
