Job Description:

We are offering a part time contract employment opportunity for a Paralegal in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role, you will be aiding our legal team by managing cases, drafting documents, and maintaining a well-organized calendar.

Job Responsibility:

Manage cases using the PC Law software
Draft legal documents for various cases
Efficiently manage and maintain the office calendar
Schedule appointments and depositions as per case requirements
Communicate effectively with all parties involved in litigation
Use e-File/e-Filing systems for case management
Adapt to the routine of the office and follow the established filing system
Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a paralegal role
Proficiency in using Case Management Software
Experience with Calendar Management
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Familiarity with Litigation procedures and protocols
Experience with e-File and e-Filing systems
Ability to Draft Legal Documents accurately and efficiently
Experience with Calendaring and managing multiple schedules
Ability to Schedule Appointments and coordinate logistics
Experience in scheduling depositions in a legal setting
Proficient in using PC Law software
