Job Description:

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Paralegal in Herndon, Virginia. As a Paralegal, your role will encompass a wide range of tasks, including maintaining case management software, handling billing functions, and managing calendars. You will be integral to our team, ensuring that all administrative duties are executed efficiently and effectively.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently manage and maintain the Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS)
Handle all aspects of case management using various software
Conduct briefing and claim administration tasks as necessary
Manage all billing functions accurately and in a timely manner
Utilize Adobe Acrobat and Aderant for various tasks
Manage and maintain calendars effectively, ensuring no overlaps or missed appointments
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Specialize in Family Law and Domestic Relations, providing advice and support when needed
Administer CompuLaw effectively, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date

Requirements:

Proficiency in Aderant
Expertise in using Adobe Acrobat
Familiarity with Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS)
Experience with Case Management Software
Knowledge of CompuLaw
Ability to handle Billing Functions
Experience in Briefing
Proficiency in Calendar Management
Experience in Claim Administration
Excellent Communication skills
Expertise in Family Law
Knowledge of Domestic Relations
