Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our team in the legal industry, located in Midland, Texas. As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for managing a full desk for one attorney, providing solutions, and assisting with trial preparation. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and requires skills in Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software, Billing Functions, Briefing, Calendar Management, and Client Relations.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a full desk for one attorney, ensuring efficient operation
Act as a solution provider for various legal issues and challenges
Assist with trial preparation as needed, despite the firm not being heavily trial-oriented
Utilize technology effectively to enhance productivity and efficiency
Foster a positive team environment and maintain a can-do attitude
Use Adobe Acrobat and Case Management Software for various tasks
Handle billing functions accurately and promptly
Prepare briefing documents and manage calendar effectively
Maintain strong client relations and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Paralegal
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
Experience with Case Management Software
Proven ability to manage billing functions
Proven experience in briefing and preparing legal documents
Strong skills in calendar management, ensuring deadlines are met
Excellent client relations skills, with a focus on providing top-notch service to clients
