Job Description:

We are in search of a Paralegal to join our team based in Chicago, Illinois. The chosen candidate will be integral in assisting with various legal activities within the corporate sphere. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in the management of corporate records and filings
Coordinate and track paperwork related to stock matters
Participate in the preparation of materials for Board and Committee meetings
Aid in the maintenance of an organized contract repository
Assist with the development and upkeep of contract templates
Provide support for all subsidiaries and global legal entities
Assist with state and federal securities filings
Engage in due diligence activities
Provide general support with corporate compliance matters
Manage legal record keeping for compliance matters

Requirements:

Proficiency in using Aderant
Demonstrated ability to use Adobe Acrobat
Familiarity with Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS)
Experience in using Case Management Software
Proficiency in using CompuLaw
Knowledge of Billing Functions
Ability to prepare Briefings
Strong skills in Calendar Management
Experience in Claim Administration
Excellent Communication skills
