Job Description:

We are in search of a Paralegal to join our client's based in Woodstock, Virginia. As a Paralegal, you will support a boutique law firm with cases related to fiduciary litigation, civil litigation, business litigation, and estates & trusts.

Job Responsibility:

Provide administrative support
Draft pleadings using provided templates
Assist in court filings
Preparation and organization of documents for discovery productions
Conduct trial preparation
Maintain regular communication with clients
Manage correspondence with witnesses, clerk's offices, and commissioner of accounts
Engage in activities related to civil litigation and trial preparation
Utilize civil litigation experience to manage discovery requests and responses

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Paralegal in Virginia
Proficient in Civil Litigation
Prior Civil Litigation Experience
Experience in Discovery
Ability to Draft Pleadings
Familiar with Court Filing procedures
Proficiency in handling Court Filings in Virginia
Experience in Trial Preparation
