Job Description:

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Part-time Accountant in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The individual will be part of a team that is in charge of managing various accounting functions.

Job Responsibility:

Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
Overseeing full cycle payroll activities
Performing account reconciliation and balance sheet account reconciliation
Managing journal entries and balance sheet accounts
Handling month end close processes
Preparing financial reports and monthly reporting
Ensuring HR compliance and supporting HR department functions
Exercising leadership within the HR department
Utilizing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for various accounting tasks
Conducting auditing duties as required

Requirements:

Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Part-time Accountant or in a similar role
Proficient in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Accounting Functions
Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential
Proven ability in Auditing and Balance Sheet Account management
Familiarity with Full Cycle Payroll and Journal Entries
Ability to perform Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation, and Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Proficient in Bank Account Reconciliation and Month End Close tasks
Demonstrated ability in Financial Reporting and Monthly Reporting
Experience in HR Compliance, working with the HR Department, and HR Leadership
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
