We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Job Responsibility:
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations
Maintain office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
Provide support for special projects as assigned
Requirements:
Proven administrative or assistant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience with Microsoft Outlook, including managing email communications and scheduling appointments
Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create detail oriented presentations
Proficient in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents
Proven ability to schedule appointments, managing calendars effectively and efficiently
