Job Responsibility:
Providing excellent telephone customer service to clients
On-boarding clients and performing AML checks
Maintaining client data and records
Handling daily post, scanning, and distribution of relevant documents
Managing and reviewing client's online accounts with tax authorities
Preparing standard HMRC letters and packaging/uploading tax returns
Assisting with US tax administration tasks
Handling finance administration responsibilities, including invoicing, payment processing, and client/supplier management
Requirements:
Prior experience working in a fast paced administrative role
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
Excellent customer service and communication skills, including a professional phone manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
