Job Description:

Join Our Client's Team as a Part-Time Finance Manager! Our client is a well-established engineering organisation with multiple sites across the Southwest. Renowned for their expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality products and services, they are experiencing continued growth and are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join their team.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Implement and maintain robust financial controls
Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and monitor financial performance
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accounting standards
Lead the finance team in using accounting software
Conduct regular audits of financial processes
Prepare management information, including budgets and cashflows

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role
ACCA/ACA qualification or substantial experience
Knowledge of Sage 50 payroll
Experience in preparing ad hoc financial reports
Working knowledge of VAT, PAYE, and NIC
Accurate, methodical, and attention to detail
