Our client is actively searching for a Partner to join our team in the Banking & Finance Law industry. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, this role will involve working on various aspects of Corporate Entities, Bankruptcy, Title Insurance, Loan Structure, and Commercial Real Estate. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to make significant contributions and gain comprehensive experience in the industry.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborating closely with clients and team members to ensure the best possible loan structure and financial solutions
Proactively managing and resolving any bankruptcy issues that may arise
Demonstrating expertise in Banking & Finance Law to provide strategic advice and guidance
Overseeing the administration of title insurance policies to protect clients against legal disputes over property ownership
Working on commercial real estate matters, including transactions, leasing, and property management
Providing advice on the formation, structure, and management of corporate entities
Participating in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and strengthen existing client relationships
Ensuring all activities comply with legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements
Staying updated with the latest trends and developments in the Banking & Finance Law industry to provide accurate and timely advice to clients

Requirements:

Strong understanding and experience in Banking & Finance Law
Proficiency in dealing with Bankruptcy cases
Comprehensive knowledge of Corporate Entities
Proficiency in Loan Structure
Experience in Commercial Real Estate
Proficiency in Title Insurance
Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to develop strategies and plans for the firm
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
High level of professional integrity and confidentiality
