Job Description:

This role is within the legal industry and will involve strategic leadership, client engagement, and business development. You will be working in a law firm setting, providing high-quality legal solutions and driving business initiatives, all while fostering a collaborative culture.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the practice areas and ensure their alignment with the firm's strategic objectives
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide high-quality legal solutions
Identify growth opportunities and develop proposals to acquire new clients and engagements
Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and mentorship
Oversee billing, compliance, and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and alignment with client and industry standards
Monitor past-due accounts and manage billing practices to ensure consistent cash flow and resolution of payment disputes

Requirements:
