Job Description:

We are in search of a Parts and Service Product Support Specialist to join our team in the machinery manufacturing industry. This role involves supporting the parts and service department, dealing with customer inquiries, and maintaining efficient systems.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently respond to inbound customer inquiries related to parts and service
Skillfully utilize various computer programs and ERP solutions such as IBM AS/400 and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for efficient work processes
Accurately perform billing functions and ensure all customer records are up-to-date
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customer needs are met and exceeded
Maintain a strong knowledge base of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues and provide comprehensive support
Uphold punctuality and consistency in reporting and completing tasks
Demonstrate strong communication skills in all interactions with customers and team members
Ensure all tasks are completed with a long-term perspective in mind, contributing to the overall growth of the company

Requirements:

Proficient knowledge and practical experience in various computer programs
Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and ability to effectively utilize ERP Solutions
Experience with IBM AS/400 and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems
Proficiency in using About Time software
Experience in answering inbound calls in a detail oriented and efficient manner
Ability to handle billing functions accurately and in a timely manner
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service
Familiarity with machinery manufacturing industry
Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions promptly
