The Patient Account Representative will be responsible for appealing denied healthcare claims as well as pursuing unpaid healthcare claims. The right person for this position must have at least three years of experience as a Patient Account Representative in either a hospital or medical billing company.

Pursuing unpaid healthcare claims
Insurance follow up via phone and web portals
Drafting appeal letters for denied insurance claims
Reviewing EOB's and capitated claims
Requirements:
Three years of experience as a Patient Account Representative in either a hospital or medical billing company
Well versed in healthcare insurance collections and explanations of benefits
