Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Greet and support patients in person, via phone, or electronically in a courteous and professional manner
Accurately schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments using the Epic system
Verify and record patient information, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Respond promptly to patient inquiries regarding insurance, billing, or scheduling
Process payments, create receipts, and manage patient account information
Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate seamless patient service and communication
Maintain organized and up-to-date records in accordance with internal policies

Requirements:

Epic system experience
Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role, especially in a front office or administrative capacity, is highly preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Multitasking ability with attention to accuracy and detail in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with medical terminology and regulations is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
