Job Description:

We are looking for a Payroll Accounting Intern in the United States for the summer. You will assist with the global payroll accounting month-end close process and gain hands-on experience in payroll accounting and GL processes. This role requires candidates to be currently enrolled in a 4-year full-time degree program and be returning to the program after completing the internship, graduating by May/June 2026.

Job Responsibility:

Learn about the business and gain hands-on experience
assist in monthly/quarterly worldwide accounting close activities
provide support in preparing audit requests
engage in continuous process improvement
assist with ad hoc accounting and payroll projects

Requirements:

Enrolled in 4-year full-time degree program
returning to the program after completion of the internship
graduating by May/June 2026
pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
basic knowledge of accounting principles and GL reconciliations
proficiency in Excel
experience with ERP is a plus

Nice to have:

Experience with ERP
desire to facilitate impact
proficiency in Excel
