Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity in the not for profit industry, located in PLAINVIEW, New York, United States. We are seeking a meticulous Payroll Administrator to join our workforce, where you will be tasked with handling a variety of payroll and accounting functions.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently process payroll for a large volume of employees on a bi-weekly cycle
Utilize Paycom
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll activities
Manage the administration of 401k - RRSP and other benefit functions
Maintain up-to-date, accurate records of payroll transactions and employee information
Handle customer inquiries related to payroll and benefits
Take appropriate actions on customer accounts as necessary
Continuously update and maintain accurate customer credit records
Use About Time software for effective time and attendance management
Collaborate with the broader team to ensure smooth operation of all accounting functions

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems such as ADP and Paycom
Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration
Ability to use About Time software
Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
Experience in Auditing
Knowledge of Benefit Functions
Proficiency in using Paycom software
