Job Description:

The Payroll Analyst will process high volume payroll, perform payroll reconciliations, identify payroll discrepancies, coordinate with the human resources department as needed, utilize Workday to process workflows, assist with system documentation, generate ad hoc reports, process payroll data, resolve payroll issues, prepare journal entries, and maintain the client database.

Job Responsibility:

Review and enter payroll data
Process union payroll
Complete journal entries
Provide administrative support
Reconcile union dues
Assist with wage garnishments
Generate year-end statements
Process payroll taxes
Provide support the HR department

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of payroll experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Oracle and/or Workday preferred
Must have multi-state experience

Nice to have:

Oracle and/or Workday preferred
