Job Description:

Kimberly Casey with Robert Half is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator with 2+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience for 200+ employees. This is for a well-established manufacturing company in Eugene, OR. This Payroll and Benefits Coordinator role will be solely responsible for processing payroll and will directly report to and be backed up by the HR team. In this role, you will also run reports, be responsible for reconciliation, assist with benefits enrollment process, and provide exceptional customer service. Accuracy and approachability are important in this role.

Job Responsibility:

Processing payroll
Running reports
Reconciliation
Assisting with benefits enrollment process
Providing exceptional customer service

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a payroll, including multi-state
Experience in supporting benefit functions
UKG software experience a plus
Experience in processing payroll for 200+ employees
Ability to perform daily reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy of payroll and benefits data
Experience in managing multi-state payroll, understanding the specific tax and labor laws of different states
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
