Job Description:

We are seeking a Payroll Clerk in the Healthcare/NHS industry, based in VIRGINIA BEACH, Virginia. This role involves supporting our Accounting Department through a variety of payroll and accounts payable tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately and efficiently processing payroll
Updating, analyzing, and reporting on payroll, employee expenses, and accounts payable information
Assisting employees with payroll-related inquiries
Upholding our core values of respect, passion, and professionalism
Utilizing accounting software systems and ADP Workforce Now for financial services
Handling full cycle payroll and bi-monthly payroll
Dealing with payroll garnishments and benefits payroll
Conducting audits related to payroll and accounts payable
Managing accounting functions and benefit functions
Processing and reconciling biweekly payroll

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience in a payroll clerk role
Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services, and ADP Workforce Now
Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP)
Experience in Auditing
Knowledge of Benefit Functions
Experience in managing bi-Monthly Payroll
Proficiency in Full Cycle Payroll
Knowledge of Benefits Payroll
Proven experience in Payroll
Understanding of Payroll - Garnishments
Experience in Payroll Functions
Ability to Process Payroll
Skills in Reconciling Payroll
Experience in Processing Biweekly Payroll
