Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a meticulous and diligent Payroll Clerk to become a part of our team in the manufacturing industry situated in Carson, California. As a Payroll Clerk, your chief duties will be to manage payroll information, ensure the accuracy of records, and handle inquiries related to payroll. You will also be tasked with overseeing the status of accounts and initiating necessary actions.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately handle and process payroll data using accounting software systems
Maintain up-to-date and precise records related to payroll
Respond promptly and accurately to any payroll-related queries
Regularly monitor the status of accounts and initiate required actions
Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing
Operate Ceridian and Dayforce for efficient payroll management
Oversee accounting functions and ensure they are performed accurately
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) duties as part of the role
Perform auditing tasks related to payroll and accounts
Manage and oversee benefit functions within the organization

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now
Knowledge of Ceridian software
Experience with Dayforce
Familiarity with About Time software
Understanding of Accounting Functions
Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
Auditing skills
Knowledge of Benefit Functions

Nice to have:

Familiarity with About Time software
